Refund Policy

Courses and tools (digital goods)

• Full refund within 7 days of payment confirmation if the full deliverable has not been downloaded.
• After the full deliverable (course PDF or tool ZIP) has been downloaded, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital goods — except where the file is corrupt, the content materially differs from the product page, or the tool does not run in the stated environment and we cannot fix it within 5 business days, in which case we refund in full.
• Bought the wrong edition? Contact us to upgrade by paying the difference instead of refunding and re-buying.

Services

• Full refund before work starts (before we contact you to confirm materials and begin).
• After work starts, we settle pro rata for completed work and refund the balance.
• Ad spend already paid to platforms under promotion services is non-refundable.

How to request

Email info@storywave.hk or WhatsApp +852 6658 8222 with your order number and reason. We reply within 2 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days (card refunds depend on the issuing bank).

Unpaid orders

Unpaid orders incur no charge and are cancelled automatically after 14 days; you may also email us to cancel immediately.
