Delivery Policy

This policy applies to every item sold on this website (learn.storywave.hk). It is issued by HONG KONG FENGQI STORYWAVE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (香港風起映海數字科技有限公司, Business Registration No. 81060540-000-08-26-4, “we”) and forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. What we sell: digital content only, nothing physical

We sell PDF courseware and software tool bundles (ZIP) with source code. Everything is delivered electronically online. Nothing is shipped physically, there is no shipping fee and no delivery address is required.

2. When: immediately after a successful payment

• As soon as the payment succeeds the order becomes “Paid” and the download buttons appear on the order page and in My Account — normally within seconds, and in any case within 15 minutes (if the acquirer’s notification is delayed, the result we obtain by querying the acquirer applies).
• We also email a payment confirmation, with a link to the order page, to the address given at checkout.
• Download access does not expire and files can be downloaded again at any time; updated versions of tools released within one year of purchase can be re-downloaded from your account.

3. What is delivered

Courses: the PDF for the edition shown on the product page (Starter / Pro / Enterprise; chapters and appendices as listed). Tools: a ZIP containing the script source code, the user manual (PDF), a README and the licence; the licence scope (Personal / Team / Enterprise) is as stated on the product page and in the licence file.

4. Paid but no download button?

• Refresh the order page first. If the payment was completed at the acquirer but we have not yet received the notification, opening the order page triggers an automatic check with the acquirer.
• If it is still locked, email info@storywave.hk with your order number and payment time. We handle it within one business day: once the payment is verified we unlock the download manually; if you were charged but we cannot deliver, we refund in full to the original payment method under the Refund Policy.

5. File problems

If a downloaded file is corrupt or will not open, or a tool does not run in the environment stated on the product page, email us. We provide a fixed version or a replacement file within five business days, failing which we refund in full.
