What format are the courses in? Can I print them?

PDF, written in Traditional Chinese with an English summary for every chapter. Read and print on any device for your own use.

What is the difference between the editions?

Starter: the first 5 chapters plus the English summary. Pro: all 8 chapters plus Appendix A (10 prompt templates). Team: adds Appendix B (training outline) and a 20-seat licence.

Can I see the content first?

Yes. Every course page has a free preview with the cover, contents and the complete first chapter.

I bought the wrong edition.

Email us and upgrade by paying the difference — no need to refund and re-buy.

How do I pay?

Within one business day of ordering we email a payment link or transfer details; once payment is confirmed the download button appears on your order page. Instant online card payment is not available yet.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund within 7 days of payment confirmation if the full edition has not been downloaded; see the Refund Policy.
