Terms of Service

This website (www.storywave.hk) is operated by HONG KONG FENGQI STORYWAVE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By using the site or purchasing any item you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the goods

Everything sold here is digital content (PDF courseware, software tool bundles with source code) or an online service (short-drama distribution services). Nothing is shipped physically. The contents, edition and licence scope stated on each product page define what is delivered.

2. Accounts

Orders require an account registered with your email. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the security of your password; actions taken through your account are deemed yours.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated and settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD); USD figures are indicative only. After you place an order we email a payment link (Visa / Mastercard) or the transfer details of our Hong Kong bank account within one business day. Orders remain “awaiting payment” until we confirm payment; unpaid orders are cancelled after 14 days.

4. Delivery

Courses and tools: downloadable from the order page and My Account as soon as payment is confirmed; download access does not expire (tool updates are provided for one year from purchase). Services: our team contacts you within one business day after payment to confirm materials and schedule; the Service Confirmation PDF is downloadable immediately after ordering.

5. Licence and intellectual property

Copyright in the courseware and tools belongs to us. A purchase grants a non-exclusive licence within the scope stated on the product page and in the delivered files (single user, team or enterprise). Resale, public redistribution, sublicensing, uploading to public networks or offering the material as a paid course to third parties is prohibited. Tool source code may be modified for internal use within the licence scope.

7. Disclaimer

Courseware is general guidance and practical experience, not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Software tools are provided “as is”; test them before production use. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our products, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

8. Third-party tools and platforms

Third-party products mentioned in our courseware (such as ChatGPT, Claude or n8n) are trademarks of their respective owners; their features, prices and terms are governed by their official documentation. We are not affiliated with those companies.

9. Additional terms for services

You warrant that you hold the rights to all materials you supply. Delays caused by late materials extend the schedule accordingly. Service details are governed by the Service Confirmation agreed between the parties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be settled amicably and otherwise submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
